I have had many flooring suppliers and installers over the years for my own projects and for my clients renovations, investments, and developments. Hands down Bilal has the best operation I have experienced. His demeanour, professionalism and knowledge are unmatched. He has an amazing network of very friendly and professional installers and estimators, I cannot leave a review without mentioning Murat, his estimator and project coordinator, he is also a mater at customer service, organization and communication. Together they operate a well oiled machine. Bilal is about clients for life, which is in stride with my own mentality. He honestly wants you to feel 100% satisfied and he has always delivered for me and my clients. Not to mention pricing and quality, he knows his products very well and provides top quality and better than market pricing. Thank you Bilal for being awesome at what you do. Cheers my friend.

Murat and Bilal were both incredibly helpful in facilitating our flooring choice and explaining the process to us. Our wait time for installation was short, and the contractors who did the installation were hardworking and did an amazing job. We are extremely pleased with our new flooring and in addition, the price was very fair!

Bilal is such an awesome guy and was incredibly helpful throughout our selection process. He was very patient and took the time to help us choose the right hardwood for our home.
He is very knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in his craft. His showroom has a great selection with lots of options to choose from, which made the whole process much easier.
We are very happy with our hardwood and the overall experience. Thank you, Bilal, for all your help! Highly recommended!

We needed carpet in a hurray for only one room to match our stairwell installed a few years ago. Bil was prompt on a quote, he worked quickly to get our order in and it arrived in the timeline provided. Unlike other companies, he didn’t insist on new underlay but sent it with his installer just in case. He even bumped our install up when he had a cancellation. His installer was fantastic! Even fixed an issue in other room at no charge. Very happy with our experience and wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend!

Last week Home Flooring, Crowfoot, installed vinyl tile in my kitchen, entrance and bathroom. We are very happy. The installers arrived on time, worked steadily all day long, were careful and performed meticulous work. All the details were taken care of. We visited several flooring businesses while looking at flooring designs, but liked the service and attention Bilal at Home Flooring gave us. He is practical and gives lots of very useful flooring information. Murat visited our home to give us a quote for the work, and he, too, was personable and gave us good information. Everything about the project happened smoothly and without fuss. I would definitely recommend Home Flooring in Crowfoot to anyone wanting a quality, reasonably priced floor. I should also mention that the final price was less than the quoted price. Home Flooring is a 5 Star flooring business!

After nearly a month of searching for the right flooring company, I finally found one—and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Bilal and his team were absolutely amazing. From the moment I reached out, their customer service was top-notch: responsive, honest, and genuinely committed to helping me find the best flooring solution for my home.
Bilal made the entire process feel effortless. He took the time to answer all my questions, provided clear recommendations, and ensured everything was handled with care and professionalism. The quality of the work speaks for itself—beautiful, clean, and completed on time.
If you’re looking for a flooring company that truly goes above and beyond, look no further. I’m so glad I found them! Forever loyal customer!

I've recently had new carpet and underpad installed by Michael and Mehmet who did an excellent job. They were respectful of my home and pleasant to work with. They are part of the Home Flooring Design Centre team. I purchased this beautiful carpet from BILAL at the Crowfoot NW location and had only a wonderful experience at this store. After checking our a few local flooring stores, I chose Home Flooring for the reasonable pricing. Bilal was very accommodating and helpful and I highly recommend this store. The following are before and after photos....goodbye 1993 dusty rose carpet. 🙂
